1:1 Initial Evaluation
You’ll start your Challenge with a 40-minute individual consultation to discuss your exercise history and goals. With movement screening and body composition analysis, we’ll build the foundation for your bespoke training journey.
Six SGPT Sessions

Our Challenge FAQs
What is included in the 21 Day Challenge?
We want to give you the best possible experience when you join, and make you feel exactly like a full time member. To get you off to the perfect start, see where you’re at, and discuss any specific goals or concerns, we’ll give you a personalised evaluation with one of our personal trainers.
This includes a movement screening and an optional body composition measurement. It will also give us an opportunity to get to know you and help you get the most out of your training.
You can then look forward to 6x SGPT sessions, unlimited group classes, a warm welcome to the Foundry collective and our fitness community.
What if I have some injuries and pains already?
Don’t we all! We totally understand and appreciate that you may be carrying some previous injury history, so don’t worry. We can discuss, assess and make a plan to manage this together.
Our aim is to make sure you feel comfortable and confident, even if that means we need to proactively adapt some movements, or add some corrective exercise.
What if I am a complete beginner?
Perfect for us! We absolutely love being able to support our member community, no matter what level or experience you have. You may have not been keen on sports at school, or maybe you’ve taken up fitness later in life?
We’re firm believers that “age ain’t nothing but a number”, and we’re here to support your journey.
What if I miss a few days?
Not every day needs to be a training day. We believe in a sustainable approach to training, and rest days are truly a big part of the process.
If you sign up to the challenge and know that you will be unavailable for a portion of the 21 days, let us know, and we may be able to extend it for you – so you can still get the most out of your experience.
Do I need to be strong to start?
Hell no! What does strong really mean? Foundry is not just about building physical strength; it’s about mental strength too – the strength to start a challenge, the strength to turn up, the strength not to quit when the going gets tough, the strength to tell your coach to do one when he asks for two more reps!!!
What happens after my 21 Day challenge?
After successfully completing a new workout routine over your 21 days, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your new found momentum and motivation, and become a fully-fledged member of the Foundry collective.

How long are the sessions?
Our Small-Group Personal Training sessions (SGPT) are 50 minutes, and our group classes are 45 minutes. Simple, yet effective doses of training.
We hold ourselves accountable to delivering within those times, as we know how important it is for you to manage your schedules around the gym.
Which facilities and amenities do I have access to?
You’ll have full access to toilets, changing rooms, showers, shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. We also have hairdryers (Dysons no less!), straighteners and some other toiletries for you to use.
Shower towels are available free of charge (one per member), and sweat towels are also available in reception for you to take into your session. Just pop these in our towel bins at the end of your workout.
