Home Workout – Press Ups and Body Weight Squats
This home workout that you don’t need any equipment for, all you need is a partner.
You are going to do two exercises and you are going to set the clock for 10 minutes to see how many rounds you can get in that time.
You start on 1 press up and then 10 body weight squats – then add a rep each round ( 2 press-ups, 11 squats…etc.)
See how many rounds you can get through!
** If you can’t do a press up, do a regressed version where you can elevate your hands.
If you have any questions on the above or would like some advice on how we could help you with your fitness goal, don’t hesitate, visit our gym and try one of our personal training sessions, or try more of our exercises online.
