Foundry Moorgate is more than just a gym. It is a focused coaching space designed for people who want to train with purpose and see meaningful results. Whether you are returning to fitness, starting fresh or looking for structure after years of training alone, this is a place where effort is backed by expert guidance, a strong community and a clear plan.
Located just minutes from Bank and Liverpool Street, Foundry Moorgate offers personal coaching, high-quality facilities, and the kind of support that helps you stay consistent.
Coaching That Gets Results
At Foundry, you are coached from the moment you step onto the gym floor. Whether in a small group or one-on-one, every session is designed to help you move forward. We do not leave progress to chance.
Small Group Personal Training is our core format. Sessions are coached with up to six people, providing individual attention within a motivating group setting. Your coach adjusts the plan in real-time during the session, based on how you are moving and recovering. Technique comes first, and every rep is coached with intent.
Structure That Builds Momentum
Progress does not need to be complicated, but it does need structure. Training at Foundry follows defined blocks, each one focused on a specific goal. You might build strength across one block, then shift focus to conditioning or movement quality in the next. This approach keeps training fresh and helps you stay consistent without losing direction.
Sessions follow a simple, effective structure. Warm up, work hard, recover. Coaches track your performance and guide you through your next steps, so you never feel lost in the process.
Personal And Small Group Options
Small group personal training is ideal for building momentum. The format combines personal coaching with the energy of training alongside others. You get support, structure and accountability without the cost of one to one every time.
If your goals require more focus, such as returning from injury, managing pain, or preparing for an event, one-to-one coaching is available. Some members choose to blend both, using one-on-one sessions for deeper focus and small group sessions to maintain a rhythm across the week.
Experienced Coaches You Can Trust
At Moorgate, you will work with a coaching team that includes Tom, Jason, Melita and Danni. Each coach brings their own experience and personality to the gym floor, but all share the same standard: safe, intelligent, results-driven training.
The team is hands-on, detail focused and ready to meet you at your level. Whether it is your first time lifting a barbell or your hundredth, they will coach you with care and professionalism.
Space Designed For Training
Foundry Moorgate provides you with the space, equipment, and environment to train correctly. The facility spans nearly 5,000 square feet and includes three purpose-built training pods and a class studio.
Each pod is fitted with Eleiko racks, platforms, bars, and plates – kit that feels good to use and is built to last. You will also find premium conditioning equipment, including rowers, sleds and SkiErgs.
On site, you can access an InBody scanner for body composition and schedule DEXA testing to track bone health and fat distribution in more detail. Clean changing rooms, lockers and an easy booking system all make training part of your day rather than something you need to work around.
A Gym With A Community Feel
Foundry Gym in Moorgate has no mirrors and no egos. It is a space where you train with purpose, not pose for photos. Everyone is working towards their own goals, and the shared focus builds a real sense of support.
Training alongside others who are also showing up, working hard and staying consistent helps you do the same. That support can make all the difference on the days you are tired, busy or low on motivation. Coaches and members alike are there to support and lift one another.
Progress Members Can Feel
Our members come from diverse backgrounds and a range of experience levels. Some are new to fitness. Others have trained for years but want more structure and brilliant coaching. What they share is a desire to feel stronger, move better and get more out of their time in the gym.
Most members begin to notice changes in their movement and overall well-being within the first six to eight weeks. Energy improves. Clothes fit better. Confidence builds. You are coached to train with intent and recover with purpose, which means results that are earned — not rushed.
Support That Goes Beyond The Gym Floor
Our coaching does not stop when the session ends. You will receive practical guidance on sleep, recovery and daily movement. We focus on real-life habits that work with your schedule, not against it.
This includes tips on increasing NEAT (non-exercise activity), building better meal routines and setting routines that support consistent training. We help you establish small wins outside the gym, allowing progress to continue between sessions.
Getting Started At Foundry Moorgate
From your first visit, we make the process clear and supportive. You will be welcomed at the reception, shown around the space, and booked in for your introductory session.
If helpful, we can set a baseline with an InBody scan or arrange a DEXA appointment. Your first coaching session focuses on technique, pacing, and confidence. From there, your coach works with you to create a routine that suits your week and aligns with your goals.
The 21 Day Challenge is a great way to start if you want structure and support from the beginning. It gives you access to small group sessions, check-ins with your coach and the chance to see if Foundry is the right fit for you.
