1:1 Initial Evaluation
You’ll start your Challenge with a 40-minute individual consultation to discuss your exercise history and goals. With movement screening and body composition analysis, we’ll build the foundation for your bespoke training journey.

Six SGPT Sessions
World-class personal training tailored to you – with the added motivation of a fun small-group dynamic. Real results for real people, focused on what you really need to get ahead and reach your goals.

Unlimited Group Classes
Drop into our classes whenever you like, for fad-free, feel-good training that ticks all the boxes. Whether you choose STRONG, SWEAT, HYBRID or BUILD & BURN, you’re guaranteed an uplifting atmosphere, exhilarating workouts and genuine team spirit.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
Round out your training with events, workshops, and nutrition support delivered in our warm and welcoming fitness community. You don’t need to be fit to start – we’ll meet you where you’re at and give you individual guidance to get you where you want to be.

What’s included in the 21 Day Challenge?
Every Challenge starts with a 1:1 evaluation. This is our chance to get to know you and understand your goals, so we can personalise all sessions to you.
Our personal training runs on the hour, every hour. We also have group classes at fixed times – you can find the class timetables for the gyms here:
How do I get started?
Our 21-Day Challenge runs on a monthly cycle, with one intake every month (typically the first or second Monday of the month).

What if I’m a complete beginner?
The 21-Day Challenge is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners – it’s personal training, delivered in small groups.
We always start with a 1:1 evaluation to get to know you and your goals; and every session will be individually tailored. You’ll have the support of our coaches every step of the way, so you can go at your own pace and build confidence as you progress.

How long are the sessions?
Our Small-Group Personal Training sessions are 50 minutes, and our group classes are 45 minutes.
Every session is tailored to the individual to allow you to make the most of your time in the gym. We know you’re busy, so every workout is designed to be full-body, giving you the best bang for your training buck.
What if I have existing injuries?
Every session is personalised to you and where you’re at. A lot of people that come to us carry aches and pains – or have previous injury history.
Our personal training sessions never run at more than 6:1 to ensure that workouts can be tailored to your goals and needs. Remember, this is personal training delivered in small groups, not a large group exercise sweat-fest.
What if I miss a few days?
It’s rare that people have a straight 21-day stretch where nothing gets in the way. The goal of the 21-Day Challenge is for you to get familiar with the gym, our coaches, and our way of training. If that gets interrupted, we’ll work with you to make sure you can still get the most out of your experience.
What facilities are available?
What we don’t have: a pool, a sauna, cold therapy, a spin studio – or an over-glamourised reception area. We’re all about the training and the people, and our vibe is premium, not luxury.
What we do have: top-spec hairdriers and straighteners; showers; shampoo & conditioner; towels (both shower and sweat); and spotlessly clean changing rooms.
What happens after my 21 Day challenge?
All of our memberships have personal training built into them and range from £200-500 per month, depending on how much personal training you’d like included. You can choose from one, two, three, or all access (unlimited) per week options. All members also have open access to our timetabled classes.
Memberships work on a monthly rolling basis and are subject to a 60-day notice period.
