Foundry Moorgate is purpose-built to help you train effectively. The gym spans nearly 5,000 square feet with three training pods and a dedicated class studio. Each pod is equipped with Eleiko bars, plates and lifting platforms, alongside conditioning tools like sleds, rowers and SkiErgs.

We also offer InBody scans and on-site DEXA testing, providing you with clear insight into your body composition and bone health. It is a space designed to support real training, featuring quality equipment and ample room to move freely.

Training blocks are designed to help you build strength, improve your fitness, and increase your confidence. These blocks are designed around your goals and adjusted as needed. Coaches set benchmarks to track your progress in simple, meaningful ways.

One To One Or Small Group

While small group personal training is our core service, one to one coaching is also available. This can be helpful if you are training for a specific goal, recovering from an injury, or prefer more focused sessions.

Many members choose to combine the two, using one to one for detailed technique work or goal setting, and small group sessions to maintain consistency, motivation and rhythm.

Your First Week At Foundry

From your first visit, we keep things simple and supportive. You will be welcomed at the reception and shown around the space so you feel at home. Your first session is focused on setting pace and building confidence, not pushing limits.

We begin with a discussion about your goals, lifestyle, and any previous training experience. If helpful, we can also set a baseline with an InBody scan or book a DEXA test. From there, we work with you to build a training schedule that suits your week.

Beyond The Session

Your training does not stop when you leave the gym. Our coaches are here to support your wider lifestyle. This might include recovery strategies, simple nutrition guidance or tips for increasing activity throughout the day.
