1:1 Initial Evaluation

You’ll start your Challenge with a 40-minute individual consultation to discuss your exercise history and goals. With movement screening and body composition analysis, we’ll build the foundation for your bespoke training journey.

Six SGPT Sessions

World-class personal training tailored to you – with the added motivation of a fun small-group dynamic. Real results for real people, focused on what you really need to get ahead and reach your goals.

Unlimited Group Classes

Drop into our classes whenever you like, for fad-free, feel-good training that ticks all the boxes. Whether you choose STRONG, SWEAT, HYBRID or BUILD & BURN, you’re guaranteed an uplifting atmosphere, exhilarating workouts and genuine team spirit.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

What is included in the 21 Day Challenge?

We want to give you the best possible experience when you join, and make you feel exactly like a full time member. To get you off to the perfect start, see where you’re at, and discuss any specific goals or concerns, we’ll give you a personalised evaluation with one of our personal trainers.

This includes a movement screening and an optional body composition measurement. It will also give us an opportunity to get to know you and help you get the most out of your training.

You can then look forward to 6x SGPT sessions, unlimited group classes, a warm welcome to the Foundry collective and our fitness community.
