Small-Group Personal Training (SGPT)

SGPT brings you all the benefits of close coaching and the added motivation of a group setting. It lets you fast-track your fitness in a safe way, focus on the technical details that make all the difference and move with confidence.

Group Fitness Classes

High energy. Total teamwork. Non-stop fun. That’s our award-winning classes. We focus on what works, so you can let loose, get lost in a circuit, get your day back on track and high five your team mates at the end. Amen.

Individual coaching

One-size-fits-all fitness doesn’t work for everyone. Different levels of ability, symptoms and challenges need a more tailored approach. Our personal training team understand the intricacies of men’s and women’s training and how to create inspiring programmes that suit you and your body down to the ground.
