Small-Group Personal Training (SGPT)
SGPT is high-quality coaching and personal attention; with the added motivation of training in small groups of up to six people. We were the first gym group in the UK to adopt this innovative approach, and we see it working every day.
It’s more cost-effective than one-to-one training and fast-tracks your fitness in a safe, fun and effective way. And we run sessions every hour, so you’ll always find a slot that works for you.
Group Fitness Classes
These feel-good and high-intensity classes are here to ramp up your fitness. The energy-boosting 45-minute workouts take you closer to your goals by building on the gains made in your Small Group Personal Training sessions.
It’s a fact you’ll push harder in a group than you will on your own. These exhilarating classes are all about teamwork and non-stop fun. We run four class types, accessible for everyone and tailored to your ability and goals.

Strong
We’ve modified the strength routines used in the World’s Strongest Woman and Man competitions for the gym floor. Using logs, sandbags and sleds, this intense class kickstarts fat loss and builds muscle.
Sweat
These are the very best in erg-based aerobic energy system workouts. Using a mixture of cardio kit and body weight movements, they’re designed to help you work up a sweat and fast-track your fitness.
Hybrid
This circuit-style class is a fusion of movement and cardiovascular strength training methods. It gets you working hard at peak intensity for short intervals using ergs, kettlebells and dumbbells.
Build & Burn
This is our intensive aerobic resistance training class. The combination of higher repetition movements and cardio bursts is ideal for toning the upper body, building lean muscle and improving fitness levels.
