What’s included in the 21 Day Challenge?
It starts with your Strategy Session. This is our chance to get to know you and personalise your sessions by understanding your abilities and goals.
You’ll get access to as many Small Group Personal Training sessions you need each week – they run on the hour, every hour.
You can also join any of our Group Classes – they’re held at fixed times every week. Find the timetables for each gym here:
How do I get started?
Simple. Every month, we have 15 new places available for our 21 Day Challenge, and it runs from the first or second Monday.

What if I’m a complete beginner?
No problem. The 21 Day Challenge is designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners.
We get to know your ability level and your goals in the Strategy Session, so every training session will be tailored to you.
You’ll have coach support at all times so you go at the right pace for you and build confidence as you progress.

How long are the sessions?
Our Personal Training sessions are 50 minutes, and our Group Classes are 45 minutes.
What if I miss a few days?
No worries. People rarely have a straight 21-day stretch where nothing gets in the way. If you miss some days, we’ll work with you to make sure you can still get the most out of your experience.
What if I have an existing injury?
We’ve got you. A lot of people come to us with aches and pains or an injury history. We’ll discuss all this in your Strategy Session, carefully plan your training around any restrictions, and set you on the path to full mobility and strength.
What facilities are available
Our gyms have modern changing rooms with showers, lockers, towels (shower and sweat), top-spec hairdryers and straighteners, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
We have chill-out areas with a coffee machine and tea makings (both complimentary) and a fully-stocked drinks fridge.
You won’t find a pool, sauna, cold therapy, spin studio, or fancy reception area – we focus on the training.
What happens after my 21-Day Challenge
If you’ve loved your 21-Day Challenge, you can easily transition to full membership.
Membership fees range from £200-500 per month, depending on how much personal training you want. You can choose from one, two, or three sessions a week or go for the unlimited option.
All members also have unlimited access to our Group Classes.
Memberships work on a monthly rolling basis and are subject to a 60-day notice period.
If you decide Foundry isn’t for you after your 21-Day Challenge, there’s no commitment to stay a day longer.
