You used to be someone before you joined the dads club and you’re looking to get back to being that specimen of a man. The athletic build that you carried in your 20’s when you played county rugby is a distant memory and now you’re left looking like your fat uncle Bob.

Life gets in the way – career, family, mates but at what point do you stop being the fat, stressed out unhealthy guy and start becoming the man of the house? The provider, the inspiration to your kids and the guy that still has ‘it’ and can turn a few heads.

Don’t let yourself go, it’s a slippery slope. Don’t be that guy at kid’s parties who bore us of tales of who they used to be. Don’t be the guy who everyone takes the piss out of down the pub. Don’t be the guy who get’s puffed after running one length of the footy pitch while trying to play with his kids.

Truth is – you can have it all but you have to make yourself a priority too. You can sink a few pints at the weekend, you can take the mrs out for a slap up meal (without her banging on about your diet), enjoy an ice cream with the kids and still be a fit, athletic super-dad.

This is not another one of those BS ‘dad bod’ programmes. We are father’s ourselves. We know what it’s like to be busy and time poor.

We’ll look at how you move and make exercise recommendations and modifications to suit your body.

We’ll stay on top of your progress for the duration of the programme, answering any questions and making sure that you don’t slack off.

Nutrition Plan

We’ll give you a simple and easy to follow nutritional plan that will help you achieve your goals.
