Ageing is frustrating – you sit in an older body, the person you’ve always been but now with slightly damaged packaging. Basic tasks start to become more of a challenge, weight starts to creep on and your energy levels start to fall.

Our Fit at 50 programme focuses on advanced nutrition and restoring the natural movement of your body. We work with you to build/maintain muscle mass, increase strength and keep your joints stable and healthy.
It’s not about being able to bench press 80kg’s or being the fittest person in the class. It’s about being the fittest and healthiest version of you. It’s important that you can keep up with the kids and grandkids, carry heavy bags of shopping and still be able to do the things we often take for granted like being able to bend over with ease.
Fitness is just movement, and movement is the medicine of life.
Tailored Programmes
You will receive a comprehensive evaluation first followed by a bespoke programme. This will include a combination of training geared towards strength, endurance, mobility and balance.
Goal Setting
This is no longer about having bulging biceps or toned stomachs. Yes you want to feel and look amazing but we want to help you become fit, strong and reverse physical decline.
Accountability
We’re not kids any more but everyone can benefit from the right amount of accountability. We’ll work with you to ensure you are making progress and achieving your goals.
Nutrition Plan
A customised nutrition plan will be provided for you. Nutritional requirements change as we age so it is imperative that this is correct. We understand that eating is one of life’s pleasures so don’t worry it’s not a strict, boring and restrictive diet plan (red wine is definitely included in the plan too!)
Anti-aging Mindset
As already mentioned; age is just number. So much of it is to do with our mind-set when it comes to how old we look and feel. We shouldn’t have limiting beliefs about what can we do as we age, there are 90 year olds out there still running marathons. Our bodies are incredible things, we just need to remind ourselves of that and keep fighting against our body clock.
